VV day 1. Overnight they already pushed FdO₂ to 1.0 and RPM to 3800 — flow 4.2 L — and the patient is still sitting at 84%. Pre-oxygenator SvO₂ reads 88%. Membrane ΔP is modest, post-membrane gas has not been drawn. Something is limiting effective support.
