Handover
Femoral VA, native output coming back. The legs are pink and well saturated. The right hand is blue — SpO₂ 78% — and the right-radial ABG is dark. The membrane looks fine and lower-body sats are in the high 80s. Mixing point problem until proven otherwise.
Uncorrected hypoxemia, shock, or a dead circuit progresses to pre-arrest, then a code.
