Handover
VA day 2, large femoral arterial cannula. Systemic MAP is acceptable. The cannulated foot is cooler than the other side, Doppler is weak, and CK is rising. No distal perfusion catheter was placed at cannulation.
Uncorrected hypoxemia, shock, or a dead circuit progresses to pre-arrest, then a code.
