VA. The urine bag is tea-colored. pfHb is 65, LDH is up, Pven has been swinging deeply negative at RPM 4000. The patient is “stable” on the flowsheet. The perfusionist is worried about the pump eating red cells.

Uncorrected hypoxemia, shock, or a dead circuit progresses to pre-arrest, then a code.
