VV day 3. Cannula sites and the NG tube are oozing. ACT is 320, Hb falling through 7, MAP soft. The circuit itself is flowing well and ΔP is quiet. Hematology has not signed on yet.
Uncorrected hypoxemia, shock, or a dead circuit progresses to pre-arrest, then a code.
