Sudden zero flow on VA. The console is throwing a drive error and the pump head is not spinning. MAP 40 and falling. The backup drive and hand crank are on the crash cart in the room.
Uncorrected hypoxemia, shock, or a dead circuit progresses to pre-arrest, then a code.
