A 31-Fr Avalon Elite went in via the right IJ at 02:00. No echo or fluoro since insertion. RPM 3600, flow 3.9 L, FdO₂ 1.0, SpO₂ 83%, pre-oxy SvO₂ 91%. The return mark is rotated toward the pillow. Dual-lumen cannulas only work if the jet aims at the tricuspid.
Uncorrected hypoxemia, shock, or a dead circuit progresses to pre-arrest, then a code.
