Avalon day 3. Overnight sats were 94%. They sat the patient for PT; now the circuit chatters, Pven is −92, flow fell at the same RPM, and the abdomen is tense. Pre-oxy SvO₂ climbed. Insertion depth is measured from the skin for a reason.
