Suction alarms after the diuresis

CP day 1. Overnight they diuresed three litres for a wet film and a high PCWP. This morning the console is throwing SUCTION, flow is 1.1 L at P-8, CVP is 4 and the motor current has sagged. The night nurse already tried one click up. The urine that came off was the inlet’s lunch.
Uncorrected shock, suction, or a misplaced inlet progresses to pre-arrest, then a fail.
