PURGE alarm, just now. Pressure 1080 mmHg, purge flow a dribble, cassette luer looks dry. The patient is otherwise acceptable at P-6 — MAP, placement signal, lactate. This is a cassette problem, not a P-level problem. A seized motor is the next slide.
Uncorrected shock, suction, or a misplaced inlet progresses to pre-arrest, then a fail.
