Cannulated foot is cold
Handover
Femoral CP, systemic MAP is acceptable, and nobody put an antegrade sheath in at implant. The cannulated foot is cooler than the other one, Doppler is weak, and the nurse noticed it on the last turn. This is a now problem, not a CK-tomorrow problem.
Uncorrected shock, suction, or a misplaced inlet progresses to pre-arrest, then a fail.
