Groin soaking through
Handover
The groin dressing is soaked through, Hb 6.9 and falling, MAP 58. Placement signal and P-level are fine. Purge heparin is still running. This is a compressible access bleed plus anticoagulation — not a reason to yank a working Impella.
Uncorrected shock, suction, or a misplaced inlet progresses to pre-arrest, then a fail.
