Recurrent VT. Every run empties the LV, SUCTION fires, MAP dives, then sinus returns and the numbers recover. They already climbed P once during a burst. The pump is fine. There is no filling time. Treat the rhythm.
Uncorrected shock, suction, or a misplaced inlet progresses to pre-arrest, then a fail.
