Surgically placed Impella 5.5 via the left axillary yesterday. P-7 should be close to 4.5 L. You have 2.1 L and SUCTION. CVP 5, small LV on the last echo. A hungrier motor does not invent preload. Fill it, or ease P — same inlet law as CP.
